Silverlake Pilates Classes Descriptions:

Introductory Session(s)

BOOK YOUR 1st INTRODUCTORY PRIVATE or Series of 10 Introductory Privates ON LINE. All students must begin with a private session so that you are familiar with our teaching style and so that we can assess your body and learning needs.

Private

55 minute one on one Pilates session using the Reformer, Mat, Cadillac or Wall Unit, Barrels, Magic Circles, Chairs, Weights and/or small equipment. Body Arts Pilates Studio uses GRATZ Pilates equipment, invented and patented by Joe Pilates.

Duet

55 minute one on one Pilates session using the Reformer, Mat, Cadillac or Wall Unit, Barrels, Magic Circles, Chairs, Weights and/or small equipment. You and your partner purchase the classes together, so the cost of the class is the same whether one or two of you come. Body Arts Pilates Studio uses GRATZ Pilates equipment, invented and patented by Joe Pilates.

Studio and Semi-private Equipment Class

55 minute Group Class using the Reformer, Mat, Cadillac or Wall Unit, Barrels, Magic Circles, Chairs, Weights and/or small equipment. Body Arts Pilates Studio uses GRATZ Pilates equipment, invented and patented by Joe Pilates.The maximum number of students in the class is 4. You are not required to bring partners, however the class is contingent upon enough students attending, so bring your friends and keep your schedule consistent.
